If the product is damaged at reception
Packages may be violently squeezed during transportation, causing damage to them. If the goods have been damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item and attach photos. We will take corresponding measures to solve the problem.
Free repair and maintenance services

For all products purchased from our store, we will provide 3 times free repair services and complimentary cleaning and polishing treatments.

If necessary, you can contact us directly by email, please attach your order number and photos of the damaged product.

Customers in the London area can come to our studio to drop off and pick up. Customers in other areas can only send it to our studio. When we complete the repair, we will send it to you again.( Shipping cost will be charged)
