• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in their original condition and packaging.

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

 

 

 

 

Exchanges

 

 

• If you would like to request an exchange, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Non-returnable Items

 

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

 

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

• Sale items are final and cannot be returned <Limited-time promotions excluded>.

• All returned items must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags included.

Refund Processing

 

 

• Refunds may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.

• We do not refund any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees incurred.
