Update for US Customers (Effective 29 August 2025)

 

 

Due to new US import regulations, all shipments to the United States will be subject to customs duties and clearance fees, regardless of order value.

 

Please note:

 

  • Duties, import taxes, and clearance fees must be paid by the recipient (Delivered Duty Unpaid – DDU).

  • The checkout total does not include these charges.

  • The courier may contact you for payment before delivery or upon arrival.

 

 

Failure to pay customs charges may result in delays or the parcel being returned.

 

 

 

 

International Shipping & Customs

 

 

We ship worldwide from our studio with care and intention.

 

Please note:

 

  • International orders may incur import duties, VAT, and handling fees depending on your country’s customs regulations.

  • These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees and must be paid by the recipient.

  • Customs policies vary by country; we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

  • If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs fees, original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Dispatch & Delivery

 

 

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–5 working days, order peak periods may cause delays.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • We are not responsible for missed deliveries and may charge additional fees if parcels are returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or non-collection.

 

 

For destinations outside the United Kingdom:

Unless stated otherwise, parcels are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning import taxes and duties must be paid by the customer.

Returns

 

 

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in their original condition and packaging.

  • Please contact us at contact@666999acc.com before sending any return.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

 

 

 

 

Exchanges

 

 

  • If you would like to request an exchange, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Return shipping costs apply.

 

 

 

 

 

Non-returnable Items

 

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

 

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Customised or personalised items

 

 

 

 

 

Important Notes

 

 

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

  • All returned items must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags included.

  • Items must be returned in the original box or an equally secure outer packaging.

 

 

 

 

 

Refund Processing

 

 

  • Refunds may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.

  • We do not refund any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees incurred.
